Meet our Executive
Director

Wanda McLarty serves Life Matters Outreach (LMO) as the Executive Director.  She joined the LMO team in April of 2023.  Prior to joining the LMO she worked in the court system. From 2011 to 2023 Wanda worked in the Polk and Haralson County Juvenile Court system beginning as Deputy Clerk of the Superior and Juvenile Court of Haralson County, She would then serve as the Juvenile Court Clerk of Polk County, and her most recent job serving as the Polk and Haralson Family Treatment Court Coordinator.  Wanda is very passionate about life and the unborn.  She states that she is beyond blessed to be part of such an amazing team of staff and volunteers who get to spend each day loving on and helping people who benefit from the services offered at LMO.  Prior to her coming to LMO Wanda has been a supporter of various pregnancy resource centers located in Paulding, Carrol, and Polk County by attending banquets, offering financial support, and coordinating the Baby Bottle Boomerang at her church.  Wanda professes Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord. Her favorite gospel song is “Did I Mention That I Love HIM” she is an active member of Victory Baptist Church in Rockmart she enjoys singing in VBC choir and Co-teaching in the VBC lady’s Sunday School class. She loves Bible Study and sharing with others.  Wanda is married to Rocky McLarty this past August they celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary. They have four children, three girls and a son, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
